Return Request Period: If you wish to return, please file a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please provide us with an unboxing video with pictures of the damage. This evidence is important for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.
Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please share an unboxing video showing the remaining items. Let us know our company within 48 hours of delivery. We will check the situation and, upon confirmation, issue a refund for the missing item.
Exchange of Wrong Product: If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note that the shipping fees for returning and replacing the product will be your responsibility as we are a wholesale website, not a retail website. Please contact our customer support team for further instructions on how to make an exchange.

Odbuy Policy for Custom-Printed Products
A. Order Cancellation:
Once a customer places an order for a custom-printed product, it cannot be canceled. This is due to the manufacturing costs associated with printing on shirts, t-shirts, stickers, and bottles and the inability to resell customized items.
B. Undelivered Shipment:
If the shipment cannot be delivered by the specified courier, Odbuy will arrange to ship via an alternative courier service. However, the product will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Delayed Delivery by Courier
- If delivery is delayed beyond the specified time frame (for example, 1-2 months due to courier delays), Odbuy will work with the courier service to resolve the concerns on a case-by-case basis, if the delay is courier-related.
- We recommend that you track your order regularly and contact us if you do not see any updates within 15 days of dispatch of the parcel.
Exceptions
- If no compensation is paid or claimed after the above timeframe, Odbuy will not be responsible. Please understand that these measures are to comply with courier regulations.
Refund Eligibility
Our Company Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:
a. Damaged or Defective Product: Once the damage or defect is confirmed through the provided video, we will proceed with the refund process.
b. Missing Items: If we are unable to deliver the missing items from your order, a refund will be issued for the items in question.
Original Condition and Packaging: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, must be included.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or mis-shipped item). Our Company recommends using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
Parcel Rejection/Rejection Policy
If a customer rejects or refuses to accept a parcel after it has been shipped, the following deductions will apply:
- Shipping Fee: 2 times the original shipping fee will be deducted (this includes both forward and return shipping costs).
- Packing Charge: 10% of the product value will be deducted as a packing charge.
These deductions will be made before any refund is issued.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 7 days. It usually takes more than 30 days for the product to be delivered after placing the order. This should be after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds will only be processed if:
1) The product can be confirmed to have not been damaged while in your possession
2) The product is not different from the product sent to you
3) The product is returned in its original condition
4) The customer must take an unboxing video.
Refunds are only possible if the product is unused, intact, and with the original packaging, receipt, and invoice. We will refund you the agreed amount once the product reaches your premises.
If you feel that the product received from our company is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you should bring it to the notice of our company's customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our company's customer care team will take appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.
